Here is a variety of trampolining moves and a brief description of each one. If you are interested in finding out more, ask your coach.

Tuck Jump Straight jump with a tuck shape at the top of the bounce. 0.0  
Straddle Jump Straight jump with a straddle shape at the top of the bounce. 0.0  
Pike Jump Straight jump with a pike shape at the top of the bounce. 0.0  
Seat Landing From feet, landing in seat position on the trampoline. Twists can be then be done to and from this position. 0.0  
Front Landing From feet, landing on you front, straight, fingertips touching under your chin and legs slightly bent at the knees. Twists can be done to and from this position. 0.1  
Back Landing From feet, landing on your back with your feet together, straight in the air, almost vertical.  Twists can be done to and from this position. 0.1  
Swivel Hips Seat landing half twist to seat landing (all in one move). 0.1  
1/2 Twist Jump Feet to feet jump with a 1/2 twist - start facing one way and jump to face the other. 0.1  
Full Twist Feet to feet jump with a full twist - start and finish facing the same way. 0.2  
Hand and knees, forward turnover to back Starting on your hands and knees, jump over your head and land in a back landing. n/a  
Back Pullover to feet Starting in back landing, somersault backwards over your head landing on feet 0.3
Seat Roller Seat landing full twist to seat landing. 0.2
Cat Twist Back landing full twist to back landing. 0.2
Cradle Back landing 1/2 twist to back landing (Back landing to front landing with 1/2 twist, landing in back landing). 0.3

Front Somersault

1 3/4 Front Somersault (a.k.a One and Three) 1 & 3/4 front somersault landing in back landing. The first forward rotation kicks out to a crash dive. 0.8
Double Back Somersault Back somersault with 2 full rotations (720 degree rotation) 1.0
Half-in Back-out Double somersault, starts taking off forwards with a 1/2 twist at the end of the first rotation, therefore finishes somersaulting backwards. Can be thought of as a barani followed by a back somersault. 1.1
Half-out Double front somersault with a 1/2 twist at the end of the second somersault 1.1
Half-In Half-Out

 

Double back somersault with 1/2 twist at the beginning of the first rotation and another 1/2 twist at the end of the second rotation. Can be thought of as a 1/2 twist into a double front somersault, with a barani in the second rotation. 1.2
(Back-In) Full-Out Double back somersault with a full twist in the second somersault 1.2
Full-In Half-Out Double front somersault with a full twist in the first rotation and a 1/2 twist in the second rotation. 1.3
Rudi-Out Double front somersault with 1 & 1/2 twists in the second somersault. 1.3
Full-In Full-Out Double back somersault with full twist in the first somersault and another full twist in the second somersault. 1.4
Half-In Rudi-Out Double back somersault with 1/2 twist at the beginning of the first rotation and another 1 &1/2 twist at the end of the second rotation. Can be thought of as a 1/2 twist into a double front somersault, with a rudi in the second rotation. 1.4
Full-In Rudi-Out
 
Double front somersault with a full twist in the first rotation and a 1 &1/2 twist in the second rotation. 1.5
Miller
 
Double back somersault with 1 & 1/2 twists in the first somersault and 1 & 1/2 twists in the second somersault. 1.6
Killer / Poliarush / Miller Plus
 
Double back somersault with 2 full twists in the first somersault and 2 full twists in the second somersault. 1.8

Triple Back Somersault Back Somersault with 3 rotations (1080 degree rotation) 1.5

Triple back somersault with a half twist into the first somersault and a half twist out of the third somersault 1.7

All of the above tariffs have been calculated assuming the move is performed tucked (unless otherwise stated). If the move is performed with straight legs (i.e. piked or straight) then an additional 0.1 is added for each rotation. For single somersaults that have a twist the additional tariff for straight legs is not included.

So, a straight back somersault is 0.6 (0.5 for the back somersault + 0.1 for the straight legs)

However a straight barani remains the same tariff as a tuck barani at 0.6. This is due to the additional tariff for straight legs not being included as it is a single somersault with a twist.

A piked half out would be 1.3 (1.1 for the half-out + 0.2 for two rotations completed with straight legs).

 

The tariff system can be fairly complicated. For more information please ask one of the coaches, or you could consider taking a judges course.
